1 week agoby fynwood_productsI had a good day at last Sunday’s Oxford Craft Market but the only thing that I sold out of was the Kauri version from the Native New Zealand Trees range. Therefore on the table today is some reclaimed native Kauri which I will use to replace my stock. 1 week agoby fynwood_productsThe extra-large Walnut & Maple chopping board is now complete and ready to go to it’s new home. It is 600mm long x 320mm wide x 60mm thick (inc the feet) and weighs in at just under 7kg. Finished with two generous coats of food-grade mineral oil and a coat of my usual mineral oil / beeswax mixture. The rubber feet are fastened with stainless steel screws to avoid any rusting problems. As this is a commission item it won’t appear on my stall at tomorrow’s Oxford Craft Market. If you want something similar then send me a message. .
